Start with dry/styled hair. Load up small end of the brush. Pull hair flat and taught against your head, then press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out. Do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. Use same technique to fill in hairlines or extend highlights.

I read another reviewer saying it and it's true, this is overpriced eyeshadow! I tried eyeshadow and worked the same, but cheaper. Been looking for his product for a long time!
I have a peculiar hair line. There is a small circle of scalp where my bangs meet the rest of my hair. Additionally, when I brush my bangs back, the baby hairs have grown in unevenly. A dab of this color to those areas, and voila, I have a thick luscious hair line. Love the on-the-go pretty compact too.

Poor color match for my medium brown hair. Does not blend well. The powder was very dry and cakey. Returned!
