Changed Formula...not for the better
Hair Type Straight Hair
I loved the Scalp Sync line for my perimenopausal dandruff issues. I have used it for two years and just started using my third liter and they must have changed the formula. It used to smell nice like fresh and minty, but now it smells like cheap laundry detergent, and it is very overpowering. I'm so disappointed that I now have a year's worth of conditioner I don't like.

the formula must have been changed sometime this year, which is unfortunate. i used to love the scalp sync conditikner, especially how it would make my scalp feel minty. now this is just an overpriced mediocre conditioner and it doesnt even make my scalp feel minty anymore. i miss the old scalp sync line
It's a no for me
I'd like to start off with, if you like fragrance than this is for you and it did make my hair slightly soft. It does go on the hair very smoothly. The cons is that the scalp irritating redness reaction is not worth it for the fragrance and slight softness to my hair. It weighs my hair down a lot. Thankfully it was a free sample and I didn't commit to a bigger size to start off with. Personally, I never liked this brand because everything has fragrance and harsh ingredients. I love that they're cruelty free though!
Not Ideal for Sensitive Skin
I really wanted to like this product however after using it about three times I began to notice that my head got really dry and itchy. I do have sensitive skin and so I almost felt like it was more of an allergic reaction in someway to the product. My hair did look nice though and had more volume in it, but I had to discontinue usage because it gave me that reaction and gave my husband and eczema reaction as well.
