I wouldnt recommed this toner to a friend with sensitive skin. It irritated my face immediately after applying.
I'm on my third bottle
I put it on at night and then moisturizer. In the morning the dead skin cells peel off and are washed away.

this toner has been doing a good job at smoothing my skin's texture, although it did somewhat dry it out (but it didn't irritate, just had to put on more moisturizer)
