Use a light hand when picking up product--because the formula is full pigment, a little bit goes a long way.
To apply eyeshadow, use a flat brush to deposit color, highlight, or pack eyeshadow onto the lid. Use a fluffy ended brush to diffuse and blend out shadow.
For a more intense color payoff, pair metallic shades with a setting spray.
Use the matte and metallic eyeshadows as highlight shades. Use the warm matte neutral eyeshadows for contouring and defining, and the warm and cool metallic eyeshadows as accent shades.

Stunning....and shattered.
This palette is STUNNING. As soon as I received it I was in love, even considered buying a backup. That is, until it shattered in my bag. I'm ridiculously careful with my makeup and didn't drop/toss it, but I could tell how fragile it was when I was using my brushes to apply it. Sure enough, 3 uses ...

Color in photo does not match product.
I was really excited when I got this in the sultry kit, but when I opened it, I was disappointed in the color because it was much darker than what I anticipated, especially on the top row of colors. I will be returning this. If I could figure out how to post a photo I would so people can see the actual colors.
Ember is comparable to Urban Decay discontinued Smog.
Love this pallet. Ive been lookong for a pretty metallic brown since urban Decay discontinued my favorite color (smog). This is beautiful!

I have the original. This is same great quality with better travel friendly packaging. Sure you get less shimmers but I never use all the shimmers in the big palettes anyway. So for me this is a win. I will be letting someone else have the big palette.

I have a ton of Anastasia eyeshadows and products and never had this happened. It's a shame because it really is a beautiful palette and application, but the quality control simply wasn't there.
Not my favorite ABH product
I will be returning it. This product has quite a bit of fallout. It is cool toned and on my skin tone its not flattering. This might work on a person with a lighter complexion but not brown skin friend imo.
