Using essence Super Fine Eyeliner Pen Waterproof, begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your upper lash line. Go over liner for a thicker line. To create a winged eyeliner look, angle the brush slightly upwards towards the end of your eye and draw a line outwards. Then, connect the end of the line to the rest of your eyeliner. To remove, use essence Remove Like A Boss Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover.

I love this eyeliner for the price, it glides on and stays put. Very good for a 3 dollar liner, however I sadly cannot use it. This first time I washed it off with my regular neutrgena makeup wipes I noticed tiny red flecks around my eyes. But I didn't pay attention to them bc after about a day they...

Not waterproof, not pigmented, not long wearing. The tip of the brush doesn't have any liquid and you can't get a precise line with it, it also slightly bleeds into the skin.

Great Product
This is one of the only eyeliners that I have repeatedly purchased. It does a great job staying on long term. It does get somewhat of a film from product build up on the brush after a while which stops the product from coming out as well, but typically you can just peel the film off and it works as new.
