The Revolution Superfix Misting Hydra Cool Mist can be applied without makeup or over liquid, cream and powder products.
After you have applied your base, hold the spray around 4 inches away from your face and spritz a light mist for a dewy and hydrated finish. Reapply whenever you want that refreshing feel.

I wanted to like this prep and set spray. It's formulated with coconut and hyaluronic acid. The reason for low stars is because it's too strong to breathe in. This product feels really cooling and hydrating! I like the dewy finish it gives. It feels nice and light, and I like that is has hyaluronic acid for a moisturizing effect. However, the spraying mechanism is a little strong for me so it took some getting used to.

Long-lasting, Dewy finish!
I seriously hope this never gets discontinued. I LOVE this setting spray! I actually enjoy the cooling sensation. The spray makes my makeup last all day, leaves a dewy look, but a matte feel. Its literally perfect to set my dewy makeup over my dry skin, while also drying it down to make it last all day.

I can't realistically spray this on my face without gasping for air. It takes my breath away. I love that it feels cooling to the skin. And although it's smells strong, the aroma is somewhat nice. That bottle is also really pretty. After reading the ingredients, I don't feel comfortable leaving it on my skin because it's contains peg 40 as well as propylene glycol. I would prefer a much cleaner product to use long term. I was intrigued that it contains castor oil though. Overall I would not recommend this to a friend
