Can you use this product between lash lifts? Or is this product not recommended for people who do lash lifts? I get a lash lift every 6-8 weeks. My lash professional advises me to use oil free eye makeup remover, so I suppose my question may also be whether or not this serum is "oil free"? Thank you for your time.

Just make sure you do not use it 24 hours before or after the treatment. I just purchased this yesterday, and although I can hear a little liquid, barely any is coming out of the tube. I have to turn it upside down to get some on the brush, and takes about two applications. Is this normal?

- Official Answer By Better Not Younger - Brand EngageWhen applying our lash serum, it is normal to feel that not much is being applied since its meant to provide a very thin layer. It’s designed that way so that just a tiny bit enters the follicle, in addition one tube can last you up to 3 months. You can try applying it on a dark sheet of paper and you should be able to see the wet line. I was looking for an alternative to a much pricier product (that works) but was very dissatisfied. I commited to this product for several months. Its did not give me positive results. I actually lost eyelashes. I do not recommend.

Naturally, I am disappointed in the remarkably slow growth (no growth?) of my lashes from using it diligently for three months--but then, again, I bought another unit! Why? I'm sticking with it one more time--as I am impressed with how gentle and pure it is compared to those prostaglandin lash serums that sting horribly and cause fine hair to sprout everywhere (you don't want) around the eye and in the tear duct. Those serums also cause eyelash fallout creating gaping holes in the lashline. Awful, ridiculous looking. I do think the BNY eyelash serum has made my eyelashes more uniform and full--and that's a nice thing!

WOW! I just ordered my second serum! Bought and been using it since last Spring. At first, I wasn't seeing results, but stayed diligent. After a few months I noticed a change. Do I have extra long lush lashes now? No, BUT I see obvious lashes filling in and have now been using mascara again for about 4 months now (because there's something for the mascara to successfully adhere to again). I am 68+ and I can actually see my unadorned lashes in the mirror, too.

I have bought many kind of lash serum and this one just plain doesn't work. I picked this up on my way out of town because I had been out of my Rodan & Fields serum, for a month or so, and way noticing my eyelashes were MUCH shorter. Started using this around the first of December and now in almost March I am through the whole bottle and nothing...zip...nada!
