Should the shampoo come with a seal under the cap? Mine did not. The conditioner and multi-tasker did have a seal under the caps. Thank you.

Our inventory level is now at a point that we are unable to separate those with seals from those without. This is how you can receive a conditioner with a seal and a shampoo without. I've been using this shampoo for at least 5 yrs, maybe longer. It smells good, it lathers well. It just gives me good results all the time. I pretty much only use this shampoo. I love it!
Causes dry scalp
My husband's and my experience wasnt great with this product. It caused dandruff, horrible tangles and dry hair. I had to get a moisturizing mask to recover from it.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I was hesitant to purchase this after reading the reviews but I really wanted to try a new color safe shampoo and since so use the apple cider clarifying shampoo by this brand, I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! My hair was in a funk, not feeling soft or smooth and it was overly frizzy all the time. After trying this shampoo, my hair has been renewed! It lathers well, it made my hair extremely soft and less frizzy. I have thick coarse hair and it's colored treated. This was a lifesaver! I will definitely be buying this in the future!
