Should a primer (hydrating primer) be allowed to dry down before applying foundation. Sometimes my foundation seems to ball up when applied on top of any primer. Should I apply a moisturizer before or after the primerizer hydrating primer?

Apply your Smashbox Photo Finish Primerizer + Hydrating Primer with Hyaluronic Acid after your moisturizer as the very last step of your skincare regimen prior to foundation application. Though the primer doesn't necessarily need to "dry down", it should still be relatively well-absorbed with the skin feeling bouncy. This is the only primer that looks great under my makeup. Where have you been my whole life?! Bonus it adds as a moisturizer for my dry flaky skin. Please never get rid of this or change it! My skin is so sensitive this is the only thing that works
Keeps dry skin happy!!
So glad i snagged a few minis during the bogo mino sale. This feels great going on, has no scent, and keeps the dry flakes away that ive been struggling with. Love to use it under foundation or just under powder. Very happy. When the minis are gone i will be buying again for sure.

Hello ladies! So ive been a smashbox girly for years since i was 17. Im currently 27 and my face has definitely changed within time. I used to be obsessed with photo finish oil free primer for years!!! But recently since i had my second child my face drastically changed within months. I started to notice the oil free primer was not doing me any favors. I recently made an online purchase and I received the primerizer and hydrating primer. Let me tell you ive used it once and I already love it!!! If your someone with dry skin this is definitely your go to primer!!! Will be purchasing the big size.

I have very dry sensitive skin and do not have a lot of success with most makeup products, but this is a miracle product! Does not dry me out, cause breakouts, or pill on top of heavy moisturizers. It makes my pores basically invisible, makeup just glides on over it, and it keeps it on ALL DAY.
