Disappointed in "new & improved " Trinity Plus
I own each version and have been using for years & could really see an immediate lifting and feel it. This newest one so far is very disappointing. The APP was not informative in the least & I found it to be frustrating. It worked on my IPAD, but not on my Samsung phone , and there wasn't anyway ...

Recommend but be careful!
Pros that it works and you have to use it regularly. I received complaints on my face lift once I used for couple weeks. The only cons for me is that it's so powerful that my gums were hurting.. I had some pain before but this made it worse and I get gum leaser Bec the cavities were active.. so just be careful. The max i had was setting 3.
Battery stopped within 6 months
Love the product and it made a noticable differnce. Unfortunately the battery no longer charges. Purchased less than 6 months ago. Ulta customer service referred me to NuFace. NuFace customer service said yo contact Ulta. Very expensive lesson learned.

Please know that you may have problems with the machine.
I had to send my first trinity back. I got one with the attachments and they didn't even send those back. They had me include those I guess to keep and put with a new machine. Now the replacement they sent me is not working. I don't get it. Why should I have to send another one back…this is ridiculous!!!!!!! Just a warning and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.
