Half of it is NOT EYE SAFE
I purchased the I KNOW THAT'S BRIGHT palette: Half of the pigments are actually NOT SAFE FOR YOUR EYELIDS, but for use in your face=temples+cheekbones. It has great pigment and the shimmers are to die for! This is definitely a good palette for those who like bold makeup but also a great recommendation for those who are starting to do makeup!
Change Your Look to Night Drama
These brights have an unexpected function. Eye looks for day use, stay muted, for me. I punch up the color, using it as a layer over a subtle same hue on my lid. We can all use a way to intensify, what we are already wearing, when lighting changes. Sheer, these look good as a patted on layer. For example, during days, I wear slate, muted medium blues, grayish brown shadows, for a cooler look. I patted on that pretty cornflower looking blue, center eye towards outer corner. (I leave that outer corner as a deeper slate.) Walla! I no longer appear washed out. My look is not shocking. I will not remove, to reapply a new makeup look, for that night date. (That's my truth.) I got this palette from a friend, who couldn't wear this on her sensitive eyes. I had never tried NYX before. Now I want another pallet to try, in this brand! Sale prices can't be beat!

Great for icy looks 👌 the sparkly shade is great as a topper that I use over my stila liquid eyeshadow 😀 colors are great you can make a natural easy look and also make an elegant or unique look! Doesn't make my eyes water so it's a plus.
Good color pay off for price
Is it the best pallet ive ever had? No, but for the price it is really good. The pay off is better than expected, and minimal fallout. All in all, its a good, bright palette
