Unbearable smell
I tried to give it a proper chanve but the smell i kid you not is something of a chemical that you should definitely not be putting in your hair, almoast alcohol-like. It was so bad in a way ive never experienced before if i felt like it might be hazardous to my hair. I would think twice about getting this.

I bought this in December 2024 and just finally got a chance to use it. After several hours we got in the car to go to my sons house. My husband asked what kind of perfume I was wearing because I smelled like I used the worst Mans cologne on the market it made him nauseous. I thought it was just me getting nauseated by the smell until he told me my hair stinks. Getting to my sons house he was 5 feet from me and asked what that gross smell was so I replied I used Kristen Ess Ultra Hydrating Curl Leave-In Cream Conditioner Item 2579399. Even my son the smell was disgusting and smelled like a stinky man. Did I get an old batch or does this stuff just stink. It is absolutely Unusable and disgusting, yet theres no place to click to return it on the online order I placed. No I do NOT recommend this product at all!! Wish there was negative stars given.
Smells divine, great as a curl refresher

I absolutely love the smell of the curl care line. I use this as a curl refresher and it works great for that purpose. I just can't let any of the Kristin Ess products touch my scalp because it gets extremely itchy.
