Great lip balm!
This lip balm is very hydrating and within a day I noticed my lips aren't as chapped. It glides nicely on and it doesn't leave a sticky or tacky feeling that some lip balms leave. It is fragrance free and is not tinted, which I also liked!

CAN YOU JUST BRING BACK THE ULTRA REPAIR INTENSIVE
This is fine. But we want the ultra repair intensive lip balm back!!!!!!!

Horrible waxy thick sludge on lips
Bring back the one in the tube, it was great. This stuff is horrible feels like cheap chapstick.
Problematic component
The balm itself is fine - comfortable and hydrating, with no taste or smell. Not life changing, but good. My problem is with the tube itself. I'm not sure if I just got a dud, but the part at the bottom (the part you turn) is not well attached and the whole thing is constantly on the verge of falling apart. Ironically the lid is secure, to the point of being hard to remove sometimes.
Too small
The product feels really good on my lips, but it is rather small. The tube is about 1 1/2 inches long and so it's gonna get lost because it's not like a normal size balm.

Just ok
I wanted to love this but i just can't. At first it seems super hydrating but it fades SO fast. Reapplying every 15 min fast. After a few days of use, my lips felt drier and more easily prone to chapping than before. I had to use another repair balm to fix it. I used it again & the same thjng happened. Maybe it would work better if it was sealed in with a more occlusive balm like Aquaphor after application but that kindof defeats the purpose. It's just ok, not great.
