I don't mind the formula of this pore mask cleanser. It does have a cooling effect, which I quite like! The purple color is fun, but in a time where I am conscious of artificial colors, I could do without this since it doesn't impact the formula at all. Also, it has the scent of at home hair color -...

Detoxing mask
The Violet ice cold plunge pour mask is the perfect reset. It is detoxing and goes on very easily. The bottle lasts quite a while and this packaged nicely. It has a cool refreshing tingle and a spa like scent. Perfect mask when you need a detox. Perfect gift.
Smelly & mediocre
I don't mind the formula of this pore mask cleanser. It does have a cooling effect, which I quite like! The purple color is fun, but in a time where I am conscious of artificial colors, I could do without this since it doesn't impact the formula at all. Also, it has the scent of at home hair color - like box dye. Awful! It doesn't last long once you wash off and it isn't strong so it IS still usable but I don't love that. For me, the benefits do not outweigh the cons.

I used to use the cold plunge mask years ago when it was the blue mask and it feels similar but better! My skin feels so smooth and refreshed after this mask.
Intense icy feeling
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have sensitive skin so, the icy feeling on this mask concerned me. I didn't like the way it felt and was counting down the seconds to take it off. However, my skin felt clean and refreshed afterwards and it didn't cause any irritation. So, if you don't mind an icy hot sort of feel on your face, this may be the mask for you! This product was gifted to me in exchange for an honest review.
Clearing but gentle
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Another great product from Ole Henriksen! I love clay masks that aren't too drying and this is perfect. It has a tingly/cooling feeling that I feel like tightens my pores. The bha is great and gentle for clearing pores in my t-zone. I will definitely purchase this again as a few times a week deep cleanse.
