- Q
What is the percentage of azelaic acid?
- Asked by Ernie
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! Azelaic acid and Vitamin C (ascorbyl glucoside) are both in the formula at 2%. Both actives are used at clinically effective levels, and the usage levels align with our philosophy of "a little bit often". At these ingredient levels, we not only benefit from the antioxidant and brightening properties they boast, but the overall formula of the vitamin c glow serum is also potentially more suitable for acne-prone and sensitive skin types. Was this answer helpful to you

Do you recommend using both the Vitamin C Glow Brightening Serum and the Cocokind Ceramide Barrier Serum for Hydration and Skin Barrier Support —together to combat both dry skin and aging? If so, in what order should they be applied?
- Asked by Txk
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! Yes, you can use the vitamin c glow serum and ceramide barrier serum together. Use the vitamin c glow serum before the ceramide barrier serum. Forever Customer
I purchased this product when it was first released (and loved it) but when covid hit, I failed to use it daily and then stopped altogether, not due to any issues from the serum, just from lack of funds decided to cut my routine down to the basics. (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunscreen). BIG MIST...

Not for eczema
I recently added this to my skincare routine because I was searching for something to fade my acne marks on my face. I tried this once, and it started burning on my forehead chin and upper lip area immediately after application. This was the first item I put on after washing my face with water only....

Used to love it...

Used to love it then took some time off from using it to save a little money. Came back to it about a month ago and although the formula is supposedly the same, it is weirdly sticky and non-absorbent with an off smell - totally different than previous times I've purchased it. Probably won't buy again since it doesn't seem it do much anymore.
wanted to love it
Tried this product after my usual azelaic acid was sold out. My skin looked brighter while using this product but it made me break out with painful under the skin acne.

This formula is not for me. I did not notice an offputting smell as others have commented on, but I do not like the feel of it on my skin. My face does not seem to absorb it at all. And it’s very sticky. I have not noticed a change in my complexion after using it for about two months.
Love this brand
I recently switched to this entire brand. Everything absorbs well and bkends togeher. It doesnt leave a reaudue on my face. I have veey sensitive skin and a lot of prosucts burn my face. These how ever do not and they make my skin feel and lolk so hudrayed.
