Great Quality***
I was a little nervous buying this product because there were no other reviews. What I really wanted to buy was a Andalou brand sensitive skin creme, but ULTA doesn't carry the sensitive skin line of Andalou (at this time). So, here I am trying the competition for the first time. Not only is this ...

Terrible Customer Service & Outdated Formula
The ingredients listed on the website are different than what I received with my product. The website lists Retinol and Bakuchiol in the ingredients, however the cream I received has Retinyl Palmate (instead of Retinol) and no Bakuchiol. I also have old packaging as well, I found this out after comp...

Gritty texture like sandpaper that leaves lumpy residue!
Reviewed at

I wanted to like this product and use it in my lineup with the Derma E Vitamin C serum. Sadly, the texture is quite strange, leaving an unpleasant residue that feels like sandpaper! Not so soothing to my mid-life aging skin! I wish I could return this and I'm disappointed in this product. I like the Vitamin C serum I'm trying though.
Does Not Play Well with Others
Incredibly soft texture, lovely light scent, but does combine well with my serums. It pills and never absorbs. Leaves a greasy mess on my face and my pillows.
New formula is awful

I've been using this product for years on my sensitive skin. I noticed the difference with the new stuff immediately. It burns my skin and leaves a residue. Won't purchase this again!
New formula is terrible
Reviewed at

I used this product for over 5 years and loved it. Recently when I replaced the jar I ran out of, I immediately noticed that it looked gritty and different. Usually this product was smooth and creamy, but when I touched it it slid right down my finger and felt watery. I tried it anyway, and it made my skin feel really sticky. The next morning my skin had small bumps and still felt sticky and gross. I chalked it up to a bad batch and returned it to Ulta where I purchased it from and ordered a new one. I just got it in now and it looks the same as the last one. So clearly there was a formula change, and not for the better. Ulta's reviews for this product is full of people saying the same things about the new formula. This new formula is a huge mistake. I'm now on the hunt for a new nighttime moisturizer, and I guess I have to hope they don't change the formula for the daytime one that I use too.
New formula is terrible
I used this product for 5 years and loved it. After I ran out I got a new jar and when I opened it I could immediately tell something was off. It looked gritty and when I touched it was very watery feeling. Usually the product is smooth and creamy with some "weight" to it. The new stuff was just sliding off my finger. I tried it anyway and it left my skin feeling sticky and gross. I chalked it up to a bad batch and returned it to the store and ordered a new one. I just recieved the new jar and its the same as the one I returned. Came here to read the comments and see others complaining about the same issues and that there's a new formula. Super disappointed because I loved this product. Guess I need to look for a new nighttime moistuizer now, because this new formula is not it.
