Does it vibrate all the time or do you have to turn it off and on? I just used mine for the first time and the plates did not vibrate.

Not worth the money
I own the classic bio and love it so much. Got this one thinking it would be amazing with the plates but it's not as good as my old classic one

Ive had this since 2019 and its still going, if you want a durable straightner thay works this one is the one.

I was too excited about this i used my points and a discount just for this. I get what they were trying to do with the vibrating plates option but i dont find that it helps with anything in particular. I dont notice more shine nor does my hair last straight all day. It kinda snags my hair as well. Super disappointed in this , it just collects dust and i prefer my $30 Remington over this.

Got it during a Ulta 21 days of hair in 2021. Still love it and use it everyday!!!!
I wish I would return
I hate this straightener. My type 4 hair gets frizzy and lifeless after using it. If i was within my return timeframe before i tried it, i wouldve returned it. Save your money and skip this.
