Was very impressed with how it did on my hair. My hair was very damaged. So being able to get it straight with less heat is amazing! Would highly recommend.

It works fine when I can get it to turn on. Sometimes takes 10 to 15 minutes to get it tio turn on after holding doen the power button. Still have not figured out how to change the settings I just go with what it gives me.

I just bought this today and will be returning to the store unfortunatley, i love the color settings are unbearable snags my hair which is thin and can not curl leaves indents , because it gets 2 hot to hold. Sad because I really wanted to love it with the hype the store gave me

I was excited to try this, but in less than a year, it has already stopped working. It will just shut off the minute to try to use it. Not a fan of how you can't see the temperature, as the heat settings are not as easy as other flat irons. It also was unruly on my hair, left it a lot more frizzy than other flat irons. Disappointed in this brand. Do NOT recommend.
Its a no for me
Changing the temperature settings is an annoying nightmare , the flat iron stopped working after 9 months , sent it back to T3 and got a refurbished one as a replacement . For the price of this i expected more
