No temp control- bad for thin hair
If you have been here, I do not recommend this product. It gets too hot and it will end up frying your hair. I reached out to customer service and they thought that 365 is optimal for all hair however her thin and or bleached and damage this can certainly be too high. I had to return it because every time I did my hair, it would get stiff like it was fried.

I've had this styler for 1 year now. Started with the platinum, then traded it in for the Chrono as soon as it came out! I'm black with curly hair and this straightener performs amazing. NOT damaging at all and I can do the best curls with it.

I honestly was super disappointed. For the high price of this flat iron I would expect it to work extremely well and I couldn't even get it to curl my hair.
Obsessed!
I had a Chi for 10 years and wax never really satisfied with the way it straightened my hair and just thought due to my fine hair, it couldnt be straightened without breakage and frizz. I finally just decided to spend the money and try this and Ill never look back. This flawlessy straightens, curls, and waves my hair! I am absolutely obsessed!! I was worried about the temp with my fine hair but with heat protectant and using 2-3 times weekly, my hair actually feels healthier.
