Not much of a difference
I purchased Hot Flash but couldn't really tell a difference between using the patches and not. AS stated on other reviews, it leaves a dark stain on the skin that won't come off, even with scrubbing. It has to wear off. I'm going to try Nite Nite next IF I can get the checkout page to accept my $10 ...
