this stuff is sooo creamy and glides on easily ! it stays on my upper+lower waterlines, even if my eyes are watery. u can also blend it out nicely if that's the look you're going for. my only issue is that u can't put the cap on the back end of the liner, so u can misplace it or u have to hold it.
