Key Ingredients

Unscrew cap and remove seal. Apply product on clean, dry skin. Screw cap back on. Wet skin to activate heat. Massage with applicator, 15-30 seconds. Then rinse.

Hello, Do you have a video on how to use the "buffer"? I easily removed the first liner but could not remove the 2nd hard plastic liner that blocked the hole. Is it supposed to be removed? Or are we supposed to remove the cap and put it in our hand to put on the face? I have tried everything to get it out but it would not move . Next is a hammer and a nail . I don't think it should be this difficult. I must be missing something. Thanks

You will want to unscrew the applicator tip, squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip, twist the cap back on, using your fingertips apply a small amount to your nose or t-zone, wet the applicator tip and then use it to massage in circular motions until you feel the product heating up, scrub for 15-30 seconds and then rinse off. It doesn't seem to remove blackheads, but it does prevent them. If you use it after facial cleansing, they won't come out for a long time.

Having tried multiple ways to reduce/remove blackheads on my nose, I purchased this product several months ago and have been using it as directed for some time. I'm disappointed to report there is no warming effect when I add water and I haven't seen any reduction in blackheads.
