Light up the lid and brow bone using a brush or finger to apply.
Use a dry brush for a sweep of sparkle, wet for bolder coverage or with Mehron Mixing Liquid for full dramatic intensity.
Press on with a finger to enhance the centre of the lid with a hit of sparkle.
Apply to the inner corner with a small detail brush.

Where's the pigment?
I'm really disappointed in this palette. I dont know if I got a dud or if the product photos are lying. When I swiped, there was almost no pigment- only a sheer wash with shimmer. It's pretty but I can get a sheer shimmer for a fraction of the price elsewhere. I have other PM products that have great color payoff, but not this one.
Worst palette ever
Nothing like what it looks like in pics. If your goal is to look like you are going to Mardi Gras, then this palette is for you, otherwise stay clear. Formula must have changed when Ulta started carrying it as there are tons of good reviews out there. I ended up returning because of the how bad the glitter fallout was, which says something as this is the first makeup I have ever returned.

I have tried 100s of different palettes throughout the years and nothing compares to this quad. I was skeptical about the price tag but baby she is 💯 percent worth it. Super soft buttery pigmented glittery shades. There is no fall out underneath the eyes. I love this quad so much I bought one of her full sized palettes. I LOVE glitter and this is my dream eyeshadow. Thank you Pat!!! ❤️
