Bad button placement
The two buttons to switch between heats and speeds are too flat and slippery, so it makes it almost impossible to switch between or then it on/off easily. There's just no grip for your fingers, especially if you have even a little bit of hairnpriduct on your fingers.

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have one of these from about 7 years ago and was so powerful and I remember LOVING it. This new one is just so so, nothing was great and powerful about it. Average blow dryer.

Ive had this dryer for almost 7 years now, i have used it everyday it is amazin! Currently re ordering a new one because it broke because it got dropped too many times but i bet it would still be ok if i didnt drop it 100 times.

Hair Type Straight Hair
This is the most decent cost-effective hairdryer I can find. However, my Most recent order of this the hairdryer has a weird rattling sound so I'll need to exchange it. But prior to this I've owned this hairdryer for quite a few years and it's been great. It's time for a new one because it's getting old.
Could be better quality
I thought this dryer was great for its proce point and absolutely loved it. However, after 10 months, entire coating of the dryer began to flake off leaving a mess of small black particles everytime i used it. I attempted to exchange in store and the associate nothing could be done about it. I always shop at ulta and wish more could have been done.
