I like the serum itself. It's been great for my sensitive acne prone skin and has been effective in clearing up some spots! However the serum is waaay to thick for the dropper. This is a great product for my skin. I get some really bad cystic pimples and clogged pores and I noticed a difference very quickly. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of the bottle design. The dropper works fine despite what others are saying but every time I try an close it the product spills out the sides. Other than that it's pretty amazing.
