Gently unscrew the Clear Brow & Lash Mascara applicator and work the clear mascara from root to tip of lashes. After applying brow color, brush the clear gel through eyebrows for the best groomed look. Apply second coat if desired.

Great for $2 but....
I LOVE e.l.f products, and this one is great too. Only one issue but can be a big one for some of you who fill in your brows: once you run it through your brows/eyelashes it gets dirty with product. And I mean REALLY dirty. But if you simply want to set your brows for the day without filling them in...

Double!
Very inexpensive and does the job! Keeps my eyebrows under control. Plus, the gel is in both sides; by the time the gel becomes discolored with brow pencil, you've moved on to the next side.
If you want to look gross buy
After about 4 hours of this product I noticed my eyelashes looked flaky. It looks like my eyes have a condition. Did not care for the brow side either, i found that it made my brows feel too stiff and there was a small bit of the product flaking after a couple hours. Obviously poor quality. You get what you pay for, but save your couple dollars.

Smells and Clumps
This smells so bad. It also will leave white, milky clumps in my brows. Will not buy again.
Good price but leaves white flakes
I found that this held my eyebrows pretty well but it always left white flakes after wearing it for a few hours. Even after trying to remove any excess product when I applied it I would experience the same thing.
