Gently unscrew the Clear Brow & Lash Mascara applicator and work the clear mascara from root to tip of lashes. After applying brow color, brush the clear gel through eyebrows for the best groomed look. Apply second coat if desired.

I LOVE e.l.f products, and this one is great too. Only one issue but can be a big one for some of you who fill in your brows: once you run it through your brows/eyelashes it gets dirty with product. And I mean REALLY dirty. But if you simply want to set your brows for the day without filling them in...

Good price but leaves white flakes
I found that this held my eyebrows pretty well but it always left white flakes after wearing it for a few hours. Even after trying to remove any excess product when I applied it I would experience the same thing.

I love this product and use it everyday my sister recommend it to me and I've loved it every since.

Only the brow gel is decent and it still clumps very easily. The mascara doesn't hold at all either.

Cheap but not the best option
I was looking for a brow gel that doesn't leave my a white, flaky cast after a couple hours, but unfortunately, this is not it. It does keep your brows in place which I love, and it is a cheap option. However, I wouldn't buy this again just because of the residue it leaves behind! The gel also comes out kind of gooey on the wand and sometimes transfers onto brows in clumps.
