- Triple Acid Complex: a blend of 1.5% salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and micro-exfoliating lipo-hydroxy acid for optimal efficacy
- Niacinamide & La Roche-Posay Thermal Water to help soothe skin and minimize skin irritation
Formulated Without

Step 1: Shake well for even application.
Step 2: Apply the entire affected area with a thin layer after cleansing face. Do not rinse off. Start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed.
Step 3: In the daytime, apply daily sun protection. Avoid eye area.
Precautions: Do not use on peeling or compromised skin. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

My absolute holy grail product
I have had hormonal acne for about two years now. I have been beyond frusterated for so long because i had never had acne before. l couldnt get it to go away for two whole years!!!!! Granted im on different medications, i have noticed the most improvement since I've started using the serum. I have had breakouts with my current medication, but using the serum my acne has never cleared up faster and stayed gone as much as it has with this product. I use it about twice a day in the morning and at night. Plus, this lasts a long time. I've had this for about two weeks and I've gone through maybe 1/8 of the bottle. I did purge a little bit at first, but nothing too bad maybe lasted two days. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone and everyone!!!

I hardly ever leave reviews… But this serum is amazing! I've been suffering from horrible hormonal breakouts around my mouth and jaw. They cleared up within two days of using this and have not come back. Not only has the acne gone away, My skin is glowing. Try this… I doubt you will be disappointed!

I have dry, sensitive, and acne prone skin. Not only did this product help my acne but it didnt overly dry out my face either. I paired this with the triple repair moisturing cream (also from La Roche-Posay) and the two did wonders
