Adults and children 2 years older: Place bristles against the teeth at a 45 degree angle towards gumline.

I have sensitive front teeth and the sensitive setting is perfect. I have also seen a noticeable difference in brightness.

I bought this toothbrush because it was attractive but I love it because it actually works … better than any electric toothbrush I've ever had. I've always stopped using my past electric toothbrushes because they weren't making a difference or were a pain to keep charged. ..never worth the hassle. This one has been the toothbrush I use every day and night. And my first dentist appointment after using this toothbrush for about six months they commented on how healthy my gums were and that they'd actually recovered some of that loss that I had experienced
Comparable to the Expensive Alternatives
This toothbrush is comparable to the more expensive sonic toothbrushes on the market. My Phillips died and I didn't have $200+ to drop on a new one. I grabbed this one from Moon and was pleasantly surprised! I have had three dentists visits since using this (and the Moon toothpaste) and have walked out with no cavities and very little cleaning time. highly recommend!
