- The color glides on and sets quickly to avoid feathering and smudging and stays on for up to 12 hours - but comes off easily using eye-makeup remover.
Starting with the outer corner, gently wiggle the pencil across your upper lash line in your desired shape.
Be sure that the liner is thicker on the outer corner and thinner towards the inner corner.
Using the Eye Blender brush or your finger, smudge the pencil for a softer look or re-trace the line for added intensity.
For a smokier look, add the pencil to the waterline and lower lash line.

Good other than the price
I do really like this eyeliner other than the price. It feels really nice but is way to expensive. If I got a gift card or something I would repurchase but I probably wouldn't if not.

Very messy and hard to use. The product doesnt glide on. You have to apply a lot of pressure to dipsense the product. I still have yet to make a crisp line with it. Very thick and hard to make fine points. Honestly, I think there is much better for much cheaper! However, the liner is very pigmented ...

Avoid buying this
I bought the brown, love the color, but the felt tip is soooo dry. You have to press really hard & tilt it on the side to get product to come out, defeating the purpose of having a sharp tip. It also doesn't layer well & starts clumping very easily.
This is a keeper.
I will only use this liner. Ease in applying. Looks great.

It does dry up sooner than other high end eyeliners but it goes on so smooth. My job is physically demanding but despite the sweat, IT NEVER SMUDGES! I wish it wasn't so expensive!!!
