I bought this as part of a holiday gift. It arrived on December 31, 20 days after I ordered it, 8 days after the estimated time of arrival, and 6 days after Christmas. I followed up multiple times after it was late only to be told on January 30 that it wasn't Kitsch's fault that the package arrived...

I bought this as part of a holiday gift. It arrived on December 31, 20 days after I ordered it, 8 days after the estimated time of arrival, and 6 days after Christmas. I followed up multiple times after it was late only to be told on January 30 that it wasn't Kitsch's fault that the package arrived late and the only thing they can do is to issue a refund if I return the gifts I've already given away. After spending significant money as there was more in the package than just this hair clip, you would think that Kitsch would prioritize customer service. Instead, they took zero responsibility. While the pillow case is cute, there are other brands that offer a similar product as I would not recommend purchasing from Kitsch.
