One of my favorite leave-in products!

I used almost a whole bottle of this and felt pretty "eh" about it. It didn't leave my hair weighed down or sticky, but it didn't seem to be doing anything amazing either. I figured it was still protecting my hair at least though. But then one day I changed how I was using it and the results have be...

Leaves hair greasy and weighed down, poor nozzle design

I was specifically looking for a heat protectant that can be used on both damp and dry hair as I frequently straighten my hair when it's dry. I chose this product as I usually like Verb's collections and it advertised use on dry hair. I tried it out on dry hair initially. The spray nozzle is poorl...

I dont usually have super strong opinions about heat protectants, but this one is rough. I have pretty thick hair with a slight wave, but even my thick hair couldnt handle the weight of this. It felt like it coated my hair, even when i used it on wet hair to blow dry. It doesnt leave a glossy finish, and the stickiness is too intense for me even after drying.

I seldom leave reviews, but this product really does exactly what it says. I was so pleasantly surprised. I've tried so many products that claimed to add shine, but then they left my hair lackluster. This, says "SHINE" & they arent kidding… If you have low porosity, & medium to thick texture, this is for YOU. Especially to prime curls for gel & foam styling. For folks complaining about the sprayer clogging.. just take off the sprayer, pour a dollop into your hands, rub them together, spread it into your hair evenly, & find something more worthy to complain about:) You're welcome…

Makes hair so soft!

Hair Type Straight Hair

This product is for wet hair. Not sure why they say it can be used for both dry and wet hair because it's a thicker liquid like a leave in conditioner spray. For me, I didn't think it worked at first because I was expecting glossy, shinier hair given the name. It didn't do that for me so I used it 3-4 times and returned it. The next time I washed and dried my hair, i realized the difference it made to my hairs texture. It makes my hair feel the softest it's ever felt. I repurchased it. It does make my hair look a little healthier but it's more of a texture product for me. It's definitely worth it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Too heavy

The consistency is off for a spray. It comes out in a straight shot rather than a spritz. Its too heavy on my thin hair. I love the ghost product line by Verb. This one just wasnt it for me.

Best I've Tried

By Curly-Straight Ain't always great

From Fenton

Just for reference- Im a 40 yo white woman with 3b curls. I can get straight hair that lasts with only blow dryer and round brush/ blowdry oval brush but this also consists of over drying on super hit heat.. Anyways... I'm obsessed. give tried them ALLLL. From Shu Uemura (which BTW is really good but couldn't justify the $70) and Oribe to Kenra to Treseme. This is the only one that soothes those fly aways around my face that tend to look fried the more you try to smooth them. I throw my hair up in a wet bun overnight in a satin cap and by morning I'm semi dry. Then I section bottom to top, spraying each section liberally with this and oprobably ovover blowdry my hair with Complex Cultures oval Blowdry brush. Another sidenote- this gets insanely hot and is probably awful for my hair but it works. I do the top layer and around my face with a blow dryer and round brush and boom. Volume and smoothness all day.
