Hair Type Wavy Hair
I like this product. It's very easy to use. The curl held without using any product at all. I did find that it pulled some hair out. Not a lot, but definitely noticed shedding that I typically don't experience with traditional curling irons. You do have to use very small sections or it will jam and cut off. When it does, your hair is not trapped in any way. You just start over. Overall I am impressed with this and will use occasionally as I try to avoid heat products and damage to my hair. The comments about condensation in the barrel are accurate. I don't know if this will be an issue or not after continued use
Not a want but a NEED
This is the best curler I've owned hands down! I have really long, straight, thick hair that can never hold a curl from a regular iron - whether I curled with a curler or a straightener - so I thought this would be a long shot but still worth a try. I'm so glad I took this chance! This product is life changing! I even bought another one for my mom and I tell everyone I can about it so they can revel in its glory!! Not only is it super easy to use, but the curls stay in my hair for days!! Since my hair is so heavy, I use minimal products (only heat protection and hair spray/texturizing spray) and I opted for the 3/4" barrel to get really tight curls. I use it on the tightest curl setting at 320 degrees then I comb through once cooled and it gives me perfect glamour curls! I got my mom the 1-1/4" one and she loves it! She has naturally curly hair that's also on the thicker side and this size curler worked perfectly for her for the same glamour curl effect. Her hair is shorter and responds to curling better than mine so she was able to use all of the hair tightness options and still acheive perfect curls whereas my hair only works with the tightest curl option. So the setting you need to use will definitely depend on your hair type but the product itself will work for ANY hair type!

I'm so glad I decided to try this! I had the beachwaver for a few years and was looking to try something else. This seems to hold the curl better. I use the loose curl setting and it only takes about 15 minutes to do my whole head.
My holy grail styler!
I feel like I've owned every type of curling iron under the sun, and this syler EASILY takes the cake. There's no risk of burning yourself, several heat AND curl size options (I mean, are you kidding me??), and clearly marked buttons for curling to the and right, and to have the styler alternate directions for you! This is great for everyone with shorter to mid-length hair, but I would imagine it would be the perfect option for a beginner.
