Key Ingredients
- Honey Extract - Rejuvenates and hydrates
- Milk Extract - Contains essential nutrients to soften and soothe the skin
Warmer Set Up:
- Place warmer collar around the can of wax by slipping it on from the bottom and moving it to the top of the can, below the lid.
- Remove plastic lid from wax container.
- With warmer collar on, place wax container into the wax warmer.
- Plug warmer into an outlet and turn the switch on the machine to ''ON'' if applicable.
- Set temperature setting to ''H'' (high setting). For soft wax, wait approximately 30-45 minutes for wax to melt to a honey-like consistency. Optional: Close the warmer cover to keep heat in.
- Once the wax is melted, lower the setting to desired temperature. When wax is not in use, make sure to close the warmer cover.
- Test wax temperature by applying wax with wax applicator on the inside of your wrist before waxing.
IMPORTANT: Do not keep setting on ''H'' (high setting) once wax reaches desired consistency. Be certain to turn the warmer off when you're finished using it.
Ready To Wax:
- Make sure hands are clean and sanitized.
- Cleanse area to be epilated with GiGi Pre Hon cleanser and then pat thoroughly dry with tissue.
- For those extra-sensitive to pain, spray on GiGi Anesthetic Numbing Spray to temporarily numb the skin and let dry. For waxing any part of the face, spray onto cloth, cotton ball or swab and then apply.
- Lightly powder the skin with GiGi Pre Epilation Powder to ensure area is dry.
- Holding the applicator at a 45 degree angle, apply a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth (if using near the eye area, instruct client to keep eyes closed).
- Place epilating strip over wax and rub strip firmly in the direction of hair growth.
- Hold the skin taut and pull epilating strip off (parallel to the skin) with one quick motion in the opposite direction of hair growth.
- Immediately apply firm pressure to epilated area with the cushion of your fingers or palm of your hand to calm the skin.
- Never re-apply soft wax to newly epilated areas.
After Wax Care:
- Apply GiGi Wax Off to remove any wax residue and to condition skin.
- Apply GiGi Post Wax Cooling Gel liberally to skin after waxing to help soothe irritation and redness.
- To maintain waxing results longer, smooth on GiGi Slow Grow, a hair minimizer, every day after showering.

This compact warmer features a sleek design, a temperature control knob that maintains optimal wax consistency, and a see-through lid. It takes up minimal space and can be left on all day. Is it microwaveable?

- Official Answer By GiGiHi! That particular wax is in a metal can and as such, is not microwaveable. To melt that wax, you would need the GiGi Mini Honee Warmer. Is everything needed included? Or are there other things that need to be purchased, such as cloth strips, something to heat it in, etc.? The description isn't clear and I'd like to order this if this is all I'll need. The one I have currently makes me break out. Thank you!

- Official Answer By GiGiHi! The item showing is a can of our GiGi Milk & Honee Wax, a super gentle way to remove excess hair. However, the can of wax needs to be warmed in a wax warmer. Our GiGi Mini Honee Warmer is a great way to heat the Milk & Honee Wax. I recommend cleaning and prepping the skin w/ GiGi Prehon and Pre Epilation powder. Warm the wax to a creamy, honey-like consistency. You will need applicators and strips to apply and remove the wax. Our convenient GiGi Natural Epilating Strips & Applicators have both in one package; easy-peasy! Cut the strip to the desired size. Apply a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth. The product does exactly what it claims to do. *If* you read the instructions and follow them, you're set. I haven't always had good luck with similar products but this has never let me down. Also doesn't have a strong scent contrary to other reviews.

It works, but strongly don't recommend
You need to use this product exactly as instructed. Basically, you need to heat the wax for 30 minutes on high, and then heat for an additional 30 minutes from medium to low to get it to the right temperature. That's already an hour wasted for a small 5 oz can. While you're heating the wax, you star...

Decent for Soft Wax
I've noticed other reviewers complaining this wax doesn't harden but its clearly indicated to be soft wax. If you read the instructions and don't try to wax yourself using just your intuition, this product will work just fine.
Not for thick hair
This wax was a nightmare!!! It waxes the thin hair on my arms and face but that's it!! Idk how to explain it but when I apply it and then apply the strip it does not dry. So i cant rip it off it just peels off and im left with so much excess wax and not too mention im still hairy.

Terrible product
DO NOT use this to wax nose hair. It never hardens enough to yank it out. It stays sticky and pliable even after 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
