Instruction enclosed.
Place warmer collar around can.
Remove plastic lid.
Place wax container into the wax warmer.
Plug in warmer and switch on.
Turn to "h", wait 25-30 minutes.
Lower the setting for 30-35 minutes.
Preacautions: Keep out of the reach of children. For external use only. Carefully read and follow enclosed instructions.

Can I use this with a silicone insert? Or do I have to get the 5 oz cans?

- Official Answer By GiGiHiiii! The GiGi Mini Honee Warmer is designed to be used with a 5 oz. metal can. GiGi has empty ones that can be ordered or bought, which you can use with our GiGi Aloe or Lavender Bead Waxes, or other waxes. However, I cannot in all honesty tell you that the warmer can be used with a silicone insert. The warmer is tested to work with aluminum cans.Was this answer helpful to you

- Official Answer By GiGiHi!! You can definitely use the GiGi Mini Honee Warmer with the Honee Bear Hard Wax Kit. However, the Mini Honee Warmer is designed for a 5 oz. can and the can in the Honee Bear Hard Wax Kit is a 14 oz. can. You can pour the Honee Bears into an empty 5 oz. can, and melt the wax according to the instructions on the Honee Bear Hard Wax Kit. Add more Honee Bears as needed.Was this answer helpful to you

It has an adjustable dial that lets you control the viscosity of the wax. Be aware that this warmer is designed to hold a 5 oz. can of wax. If you have an empty 5 oz. can, you can transfer whatever wax you like into it. Otherwise, Ulta carries both the GiGi Charcoal Detox Hard Wax and the GiGi Milk & Honee Wax in 5 oz. cans that fit perfectly into this warmer. Was this answer helpful to you

This is amazing
This mini heater is so great it works just fine it heats up fast and cools off fast too when you need it too it's great it's my first wax heater ever and I'm already so in love with it🙂
It's ok.
It heats up well, but not fast. You definitely have to leave the wax in for a while and cover it with the lid to maybe speed up the process. I wouldn't recommend using the GIGI wax since it leaves your skin tacky and does not wax ,instead use beads.
Works on wax beads

Worth the purchase. I use wax beads. Melts in just a few minutes and keeps it warm/hot (your preference). Prior I was microwaving it every few minutes and running back to the bathroom to finish waxing :) Definitely get it and make your life easier. I like the mini size to save space & since I only use 2x a month.
Handy
Does the job without a problem. I love the size for storing and when sitting on my counter. unfortunately I can't find empty mini cans. I actually ordered two empty cans not realizing they are full size. I reused the mini can once for bead wax. I also can't find collars so... It got a little messy. still very happy with the product.
