Adults 18 years of age or older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 ml of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not east or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.

not what i was expecting
i've used the mild mint "fresh breath" version for ages and love it, but was wanting to add flouride to my daily dental routine so decided to try this one. the flavor is fine, even milder mint with a light herbal aftertaste, but it is SO sweet and has such a prominent sucralose aftertaste. feels a little like gargling diet cream soda. definitely not for me tho i'm glad other people are into it. will give anticavity a try after i struggle through this bottle
My new holy grail
Therabreath killed it with this! I've been using their whitening formula but will be switching to this one. Morning breath is nonexistent and it leaves my mouth feeling fresh. It also has a pleasant flavor, the chamomile is very subtle. Ten out of ten!
