Terrible shampoo
Will never buy this shampoo again my hair was healthy and fine until i used this, put 4 big knots in my hair after i just washed it i'll probably be sitting here for 2 hours tearing my hair apart, this should not be selling take this OFF the shelves asap!

I'm going to preface this review by saying that I do not have type 4 hair. My hair is 2b. I bought this product because I love the rosemary & mint scalp oil so I thought I'd try something else from the brand. The color of the bottle (I'm a sucker for pink) and the scent are what drew me to purchase it online. I didn't see that it was meant for type 4 hair until I used it the first time. I figured the worst thing that could happen is my hair might be "overly" moisturized, if that's a thing...But I'm not an expert on hair! I'm giving this shampoo two stars because it smells good. It has NOT been good for my hair. Every time I wash my hair it feels extremely dried out, tangles very easily, and my scalp gets annoyingly itchy! I've never had an itchy scalp in my life until I started using this shampoo and conditioner. If this stuff is making my type 2 hair dry and tangled, I can't imagine what it does to type 4 hair. It didn't do any detangling or moisturizing for me, that's for sure!
