I purchased this last Christmas and it didn't WORK! Always thought hot tools were GREAT! But when they don't refund your money it's even MORE annoying than the tool that doesn't even WORK! Never again!

Bought my HT7007 in 2019 and STILL love it! I have long, porous, random frizz, grey in desperate need of color, mess of hair, and this dryer has been the best I've had in all of my 60 years on earth! Definitely recommend that you use the best products you can afford to protect your hair. Watch a few videos on how to properly use a dryer to achieve your intended result.
