Use either in the AM and PM or when needed. First, cleanse your face, then sweep a saturated cotton pad across face, neck and décolletage, avoiding eye area. Follow with a serum or moisturizer (no need to rinse off).

I love the smell of rose, however although this toner is refreshing and soothing after a couple minutes, it gave me forehead bumps. Not safe for sensitive skin
If you don't have any skin sensitivities, you will love this. I remember using this years ago and liking it- The rose smell is lovely and not overpowering, and it feels very nice on the skin. It's also a nice hydrating step before serum/moisturizer. However, my skin is a lot more sensitive now that I'm in my 30's, and this broke me out very badly the morning after I used it. If you struggle with acne breakouts or any kind of dermatitis, I would steer clear of this.

Minimzes pores, tingles briefly but doesn't burn. No overpowering rose frangrance. Makes me sneeze, gives me the sniffles. Wouldn't purchase. Received a deluxe sample in a gift set. Left a tacky, sticky residue.

I cannot usually go without moisturizer, but this toner doesn't strip my skin whatsoever. I can't even explain the brightness it adds to my complexion, I think I've gone through 4 of the smaller bottles already. Every product works differently for different people but I would say it's worth trying.
