Nice

Tbh, I just purchased this product and had low expectations. I don't particularly like Chi products. I have very curly/ corkscrew/ coily, somewhat fine hair but a lot of it and blowing drying it takes time and can be a hassle. That being said this blow drying brush was better than expected. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the poor design

Chi loses 2 stars because of poor design which makes using this otherwise really nice tool a hassle. This tool works really well. Dries my hair super fast and leaves it bouncy and shiny. As other reviewers have stated, the handle is huge at the bottom and impossible to hold there. I can see why, I s...

It's fine…for the price

I got this because, lets be honest, the dyson and the shark are SO EXPENSIVE and we are all just trying to find other options. The revlon is allegedly too hot for your hair and this is a "better option." It's really not. It does nothing for my hair except make it frizzy. I have long, brown, wavy/slightly curly, medium-thick hair. I like the idea of multiple attachments. But the only thing I use it for now is to set my side bangs in a curler. Its really not the best for a full blow out. I'm sad because it still was a pretty penny. But it mostly sits in my bathroom and once in a while I will use it. Would not reccomend.

This tool never got not enough to perform its job. I'd say it got barely warm tempereature. The diameters on all the brushes i found to be too small, making it difficult to use ok wavy hair. Product was returned.
