Can you put moisturizer on first before putting one of these on or do a patch and then moisturizer?

Im up at 2am just to write this review. I put a few of these patches on ar 10pm because you knkw the painfuk cystic under the skin pimples? Yeah, i had those on my chin and you know how the chin pimples hurt.. the pain is gone! The pimples dont feel as raised as they were either. These are expensive so i only use them when i cant wait forever to heal a pimple. Ofherwise the panoxyl ones are what i use.
