Love it!
This is my third ABH eye shadow palette and I love it! I want to get the full sized Soft Glam palette now. The colors are soft just like the title lol, pigmented and very blendable. Not really any fall out. And it's perfect to carry along for touch ups.

Very disappointed!! I received it several of the shades were cracking and falling apart! They weren't that pigmented either. I have several of Anastasia palettes and I love them but this one was not worth the price!

Beautiful color story but left my eyes irritated
I really love the colors in this palette and could create some beautiful looks. However, the fallout was awful and the formula burned my eyes My palette also had a strong and awful chemical smell

I liked the colors but it doesnt blend well and the FALLOUT is so bad. Now i know why i stick to natasha denona
Horrible Irritation
I've never had an allergic reaction to make up before but this eyeshadow gave me a horrible red rash when I used it. 10 days later and I still can't wear makeup and it's super tender and red. It feels like a chemical burn. According to reddit, I'm not alone. Beware.
Such good quality 
I've always loved these eyeshadows, it's so hard to find pallets with neutral colors that you can wear every day. That's the main reason I chose this pallet, it does not have all those crazy colors that you know you're not going to wear every day. Very smooth, very blendable but there is a little fallout so you really don't need to pick up a lot on your brush. Just do one little dab and just keep applying more and more so that way you don't get that fallout. It is very easy to work with and a lot of pigment.
