Shake can well. Spray into dry hair for volume and a firm, all day hold. Pick up hair and spray at the root area for extra volume.

Defective sprayer
I only used this hairspray one time and the second time the sprayer would not spray any product no matter how hard or light you pressed down. A full can of product was wasted because there was no possible way to get it out. Refurned. The associates couldn't get it to spray either when I took it back.
