MISSING THE POINT? Lay a tissue on a flat surface, then drag and twist the pencil to reshape the tip for precision.

Pointless purchase
I've never been as disappointed in a product purchased through Ulta as with the two Tatto "gel" liners I purchased (2 for one specal). The one was broken at opening—sticking out half an inch. Neither function like they are gel, rather they are dry, brittle, and can't draw a line around my eyes. Worthless! I can't even warrant two stars because they can't be used
Doesn't last
Pencil dried up and doesn't work. Tried cutting the tip to get fresh start. Didn't work. Waste of money.
Doesn't work for the waterline
This isn't a bad eyeliner, but if you're looking to use it on your waterline, forget it. The texture is smooth, but it doesn't go on the waterline well, and wears off quickly. I didn't even get half a day with it.
I would never buy this again. It simply does not work!
