To release pump, make sure its base is twisted tightly onto the bottle. Twist pump toward 'open' and let it pop up. Use after cleansing with Eva NYC's Tone It Down Blonde Shampoo. Apply to wet hair and massage gently. Leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Would not recommend
I bought this over my regular purple shampoo (Everpure) because it's a little more expensive and i thought it would be better quality. First off, the pump didn't even work! The bottle is aluminum and I couldn't even squeeze it out. Second, it smells horrible! My boyfriend was in the shower with me and I was embarrassed putting something that smelled so bad on my hair! And lastly, it didn't work toning my blonde hair any better than my lower priced Everpure products. If i could return, I WOULD. 100% unsatisfied and would never buy again.
Surprised
I'm really surprised by this product, I bought it because it was on sale. Most purple shampoo and conditioner dries my hair out really bad, but this actually makes my hair super soft and frizz free. I really like it!
Smells wonderful
I was really pleased with the scent, which hardly ever happens! It smelled wonderful while I was using it (warm and spicy), but it didn't leave an overpowering scent in my hair after I rinsed it out. I think this line is probably better for color treated hair than my naturally gray, coarse hair; it felt a bit rough after a few uses, like it was leaving too much protein on my strands. It's a fine enough product that I'll use it up, but I won't repurchase since it doesn't do enough to combat frizz.
Severely dries out hair, don't do it!!
I had nice healthy hair then I used this conditioner once and it made my hair immediately so so dry!! It's now brittle and straw-like. No amount of expensive hair mask has fixed it. Its been a month and a half and its still just as dry. Dont do it!!
