Take a deep breath and become present. Apply to wet hair, working into strands from roots to ends. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with any Hairbath and Conditioner. It is gentle enough to use weekly. If you are a swimmer - I would also use something prior to getting in the pool like Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditoner from roots to ends. Is it safe for color treated hair?

It will allow the color to penetrate your hair more easily as there will be no build up causing a barrier. This can also allow the color to turn out more true to tone. Great for natural curly Black girl hair
I was introduced to this detox mask by a curl specialist. I detox my hair with this twice a month to remove any build up and to support my transition to all organic and no oil products. It clarifies without stripping the hair completely.

I swim laps three times a week. It's a saltwater low chlorine pool, but no cap can keep the chlorine out of my hair. I just got my haircut today and she used the detox mask on me. I love the way my hair looks and feels. I'm going to try alternating the detox mask with the pure detox shampoo, or even applying it before I swim.
