For maximum odor and sweat protection, follow the takesumi detox 3-step method:
STEP 1: the underarm bar:
Lather bar and massage into each underarm in a circular motion for 30 seconds. If you have body hair, ensure the lather reaches the surface of the skin.
STEP 2: the charcoal deodorant:
Follow with a generous application of charcoal deodorant.
STEP 3: the sweat powder:Apply a generous layer of the sweat powder over top of your deodorant for extra protection against excess perspiration.

Love this bar! It's actually gotten rid of the odor of sweat, I use it daily on underarms and feet. As someone sweats a lot I thought it might help a little bit but I've been really impressed. Will be buying as gifts too, definitely highly recommend!
Really works!
I had developed under arm odor, even after my shower that was very distressing. I tried changing soaps. I tried some other remedies, and when I worked was taking straight apple cider vinegar and putting it on a cotton ball and applying to my under arms that seem to help. Armed with that knowledge, I looked for a soap with that apple cider vinegar in it. This is a Must Have!
This is everything I wanted and didn't know I needed! Recently started getting irritations and break outs in my eyebrows. Weird right? Well turns out it's actually ingrown hairs. Too complicated

Shampoo bars, conditioner bars, body bars, like all serve a purpose in the shower. But this is only an underarm bar, that's not supposed to stored in the shower, shouldn't be stored under wet conditions, but can be stored on a soap dish…I mean…how complicated. It's one thing if this bar was in a case that was like a deodorant. Just easier to bring around, easier to store, easier to grab. But who needs another bar?
