I would have thought for the price the straightener would be higher quality. It doesn't close it just kind of sits open which is a little annoying. It doesn't heat up as well so the quality of straightening is for sure only able to be used as a touch up. The USB plug isn't a standard plug so it won't fit in most USB ports including airplanes yet it is marketed for travel. You could take it charged camping and use it for a quick touch up for a couple of days and it will stay charged. It doesn't come with a power cord. Overall I was pretty disappointed. I have it now and I will keep it but I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the price and doesn't deliver what it says it does. For sure if you wash your hair then go to straighten your hair. This straightener will not do the job you are after.. I wanted to love this straightener but it for sure needs some work.

The cordless hair straightener batteries hold for few minutes although charging it the all night . Didn't hold for even half of the hair to be done. Had to go last minute to buy a cheap one in target to finish straightening my all hair . Worthless

I already knew Ghd products, I wanted to try this wireless straightener, but in truth this straightener doesn't work as well as the old Ghd ones and runs out of battery quickly
