Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip. Removes easily with soap and water.

I have used this mascara for many years. However, my last two purchases seemed like the amount of mascara was reduced or dried out. It hardly lasted a month and I felt like I had to really work at getting any coverage. Have you changed your formula or the amount you provide in the applicator?

Great waterproof mascara
I've been looking for a good waterproof mascara in brown, and I finally found it….THIS IS IT. Black is too harsh for me, so this Brown/black does the trick. It goes on nicely and doesn't clump. My lashes look great. I so wish that L'Oreal would make a navy blue waterproof mascara.
Love this mascara
I love this mascara, I bought it on sale just to try it , it worked wonderful and loved it ever since, bought a whole bunch cause they are hard to find and at a great price...
New formula sucks
I also used this for decades and now the new formula is awful. Lashes stay clumpy and mushy like there's peanut butter on. My eyes are also irritated and burning all day.

Gone down hill
Like many I have used this mascara for so many decades happily. It became clear a few months ago that something was different. flaking, strong smell, just wasn't buildable anymore and not even lasting a few weeks.. Seeing reviews that the formula has changed.... This is very sad and I'm on the hunt for a new mascara that does not irritate my eyes and does not flake. Why would L'Oreal could just change a product that has been loved for decades and think people wouldn't notice?
