Why the hype?
Not sure what the hype is about this eyeliner. The only good thing about it is that it barely budges, which is also a bad thing because it doesn't blend. It did not apply smoothly and was extremely difficult to apply to my eyelid. Forget about the waterline….impossible. This eyeliner is dry and hard...

Best eyeliner I ever used!
This is for real!! Ive tried so many different eyeliners, liquid ones like KVD, gel ones like bobbi brown's, and eyeliner pencil for PiXi, Lancôme, revlon, stilla. Yes they all smudged, my eyes are quite esay to get oily, only this one!! OMG!! This one is sooo good! I put my eyeliner on my upper lash and these nothing getting on my lower lash line at the end of the day, love love love!

I'm in love with this eyeliner!! I've been using urban decay eyeliner for years (I used it for waterline) and I'm always trying to find something less expensive but with the same quality as UD and I finally did !!! This persona eyeliner is fabulous, not only does it has great pigment but also lasts you all day without smudging, even if you sweat or get wet!! From now on this will be my favorite ( I bought "stone" it's a beautiful metallic brown color)

I bought three different colors of this, but the brown won't twist up. Doesn't come out at all. Love the color and it stays all day. Just wish it would twist up to revile the product.
