DO NOT TAKE ORALLY With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. Avoid sexual intercourse when using this product. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. If using The Killer® along with Flora Power™ we recommend using The Killer® first for anywhere between 1-14 days, depending on your body's needs, and then Flora Power™ for up to 5 days. You'll want to use just one suppository at a time and complete a run of one product before moving onto the next.

I used this for the first time last night. Inserted it about finger deep. This morning when I woke up and went to the bathroom the capsule was still intact and it came out while I went to the bathroom. It had a full 10 hours in my vagina to dissolve so why didn't it?

The vaginal environment can affect how boric acid and the capsule dissolve, meaning if one’s vaginal environment is too acidic or too basic, The Killer may not dissolve as smoothly as if the vaginal environment is more balanced. With that said, The Killer should dissolve more smoothly on the subsequent days as your body balances out vaginal yeast, bacteria, and pH. Flora Power™️ is designed to support healthy levels of vaginal bacteria and help maintain a fresh vaginal odor (BV). On the other hand, The Killer®️ is designed to support healthy levels of vaginal yeast. They can definitely work together to keep a healthy and balanced vaginal microbiome. To use both The Killer and Flora Power™️, we recommend using The Killer between 1 to 14 days to help balance vaginal yeast and pH. After The Killer®️, you can use Flora Power™️ for as little as 1 to 5 days to help manage vaginal bacteria afterwards! Does it have an expiration day?

Once I finish a box how long should I wait to use the killer again ?

- Official Answer By Love Wellness - YotpoVaginal imbalance is common and can occur due to a number of day-to-day pH disruptors like stress, hormonal changes, your period, sex, or sitting too long in sweaty gym leggings/wet bathing suits. The Killer supports and maintains optimal acidity to tackle symptoms of vaginal yeast imbalance, and is safe for use as a spot treatment, or for up to 14 days in a row when symptoms are more acute. It's not out of the ordinary to struggle with vaginal imbalance and experience recurring symptoms, in which case after a 14-day treatment, you may benefit from using one suppository a week (then one every 2 weeks), or just need it after sex/your period to help keep your pH in check. However if your symptoms don’t ease at all after a 14-day treatment, and you feel you need to use The Killer for 14 days every month, we recommend you speak with your doctor. FIRST TIME USER
I had some mild itching, tan discharge, and odor with a pH of over 5.5, which would be BV. I tried 1 of these at night along with oral probiotics for 3 days and I was much better! If this hadn't worked, I would've used antibiotic gel. Great product!
